Modernizacja manipulatorów montażowych i transportujących na przykładzie dwuramiennego manipulatora
In the paper the current pneumatic drive and control system of the manipulator supplying the kitchen knives semi-finished products to the clamping unit of grinder or polisher is described. The possible changes in control system of the manipulator are presented. The current drive and control system has been modernized and the electronic control system has been applied. The OPLC controller as well as appropriate sensors and valve terminal with electromagnetic valves for pneumatic actuators control have been successfully utilized. In conclusions the advantages of the modern control system and flexibility of programming method of the system have been indicated.
