Analiza dostępności kosztowej transportu zbiorowego w aglomeracji poznańskiej

W niniejszej pracy podjęto zagadnienie dostępności kosztowej publicznego transportu zbiorowego funkcjonującego w aglomeracji poznańskiej. Dostępność ta jest rozumiana, jako przystępność korzystania z usług transportowych. Dostępność kosztowa biletów jednorazowych i okresowych została przeanalizowana na tle innych miast. Zaproponowano także opartą na GIS procedurę oceny dostępności kosztowej taryfy przystankowej tPortmonetka.

The paper presents an analysis of affordability of public transport in Poznan agglomeration. Affordability of single ride and monthly fares was compared to other cities. Authors proposed also GIS based evaluation procedure for ‘tPurse’ fare. The fare is based on the number of stops between start and end of the trip. Such fares are different from distance based fares because the density of stops tends to be higher in centers of agglomerations. However the results show that introduction of rapid transit services makes possible to maintain low cost of trips on longer distances in such areas.
