W artykule zostały omówione systemy wsparcia dla rozwoju inwestycji w instalacje PV na podstawie przyjętych dokumentów strategicznych w kontekście III perspektywy unijnej 2021–2027. Wykaz Krajowych Inteligentnych Specjalizacji (KIS) wyznacza kierunek rozwoju dla innowacji energetycznych ukierunkowanych na zaawansowane technologicznie produkty i usługi. Istotne staje się łączenie różnych technologii OZE poprzez zastosowanie kogeneracji z instalacjami fotowoltaicznymi.
The article discusses the support systems for the development of investments in PV installations on the basis of adopted strategic documents in the context of the 3rd EU perspective 2021-2027. The list of National Smart Specializations (NIS) sets the direction of development for energy innovations focused on technologically advanced products and services. It becomes important to combine different RES technologies by using cogeneration with photovoltaic installations.
