Zagrożenia eksploatacyjne transformatora energetycznego spowodowane uszkodzeniem przepustu izolatorowego

Transformatory energetyczne stanowią jeden z podstawowych elementów systemu elektroenergetycznego. Niezawodność eksploatacyjna transformatorów energetycznych jest ważnym czynnikiem wpływającym na pracę systemu elektroenergetycznego. Utrzymanie poprawnego stanu technicznego transformatorów stanowi przedmiot szczególnej troski ich użytkowników. Statystyka awarii transformatorów zainstalowanych w krajowym systemie elektroenergetycznym pozwala stwierdzić, że w ostatnich latach uszkodzenie przepustów izolatorowych było przyczyną kilkunastu poważnych awarii transformatorów. Izolatory przepustowe są elementem wyposażenia transformatora.

In the paper are presented operational hazards of power transformers caused by defects of bushings. There are discussed the basic diagnostic methods for appraisal of technical conditions of a bushing in the used power transformer. There are presented selected failures of power transformers caused by defects of bushings. In the paper is underlined necessity of increasing frequency of carrying out bushings tests in framework of current control of transformer technical conditions what results in increase of transformer availability in the power system.
