The paper presents the basic elements of the economics of New Age and their philosophical and ethical inspirations. New Age is a new intellectual movement, which is trying to face up to many key problems of the present time. As not all of its ideological components have been formulated as yet, they arouse numerous controversies. The author indicates the relationships between the economics of New Age and such philosophical, ethical and religious ideas as taoism, buddhism, Christianity, ecological thought, modern physics and systems theory.
