In the face of constantly growing competition, the leading idea of all undertaken activities should be the creation of good long-term relationships with customers, as it is largely what decides on a company’s success. Acquiring and keeping a group of loyal customers strengthens a company competitive position and it guarantees its free development. Yet, the process of creating valuable relations with customers and of their successful management requires a lot of knowledge and skills. What guarantees being successful in this field is undeniably the appropriate understanding of factors deciding on the success of created relations.
