The Analysis of Influence of Overheating Temperature of Steel in Tundish on Thermal Field in Process of Continuous Casting of Steel Slab of J55 type

In the paper results of numerical research of the influence of overheating temperature in tundish on distribution of temperature on the length and section of slab have been presented. In the work the effect of a degree of steel overheating in tundish on variations of metallurgical length and changes of slab temperature fields distributions has been determined.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań numerycznych wpływu temperatury przegrzania w kadzi pośredniej na rozkład temperatury na długości i przekroju pasma wlewka. W pracy określono wpływ stopnia przegrzania stali w kadzi pośredniej na zmiany długość metalurgicznej i zmiany rozkładów pól temperaturowych w paśmie wlewka.
