Jakość części zamiennych w aspekcie ich ponownego użycia

Stan techniczny pojazdu ma bezpośredni wpływ na bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego. Ponowne zastosowanie części pochodzących z demontażu jest najbardziej efektywną metodą recyklingu pojazdów. Jednakże jakość tych części jest między innymi pochodną jakości nowych części, które zostały użyte do naprawy podczas eksploatacji auta. W artykule przedstawiono wybrane aspekty recyklingu pojazdów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem odzysku części. Omówiono również bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego ze zwróceniem uwagi na techniczne przyczyny wypadków wraz z odniesieniem do ogólnego stanu technicznego parku pojazdów jeżdżących po polskich drogach. W tym kontekście omówiono wyniki badań części zamiennych znajdujących się w handlu. Przedstawiono również wybrane aspekty prawa polskiego i UE dotyczące wprowadzania do obrotu handlowego części i podzespołów.

Technical condition of the vehicle has direct influence on the road safety. Reuse of parts from the dismantled cars is the most effective method of recycling vehicles. However, the quality of these parts is the effect from, among other things, the quality of new parts that were used for repair during car exploitation. The article describes selected aspects of the recycling of vehicles with special consideration to the parts recovery. Also the road safety has been discussed focusing on the technical causes of accidents together with a reference to the general condition of the vehicles’ fleet on Polish roads. In this context, the tests results of spare parts available in the trade, have been discussed. Selected aspects of the Polish and the EU law concerning bringing the spare parts and components on to the market have been also presented.
