Narodowe Strategiczne Ramy Odniesienia 2007-2013. Program Operacyjny Infrastruktura i Środowisko

29 listopada 2006 roku Rada Ministrów zaakceptowała dokument określający zasady wsparcia ze środków finansowych dostępnych dla Polski na lata 2007-2013 z budżetu Unii Europejskiej. Dokument ten nosi dwie nazwy, które stosuje się wymiennie, tj.: Narodowe Strategiczne Ramy Odniesienia (NRSO) oraz Narodowa Strategia Spójności (NSS). Został on opracowany przez Mnisterstwo Rozwoju Regionalnego na podstawie wytycznych Unii Europejskiej jako insytument odniesienia, niezbędny przy konstruowaniu programów operacyjnych.

On the 29th November, 2006 the Cabinet accepted a document qualifying rules of support from financial centres accessible for Poland for the years 2007-2013 from the budget of the European Union. This document has two names, which are uses interchangeably: National Strategic Framing Reference and National Stratego of Cohesion. This document has been worked out by the Department of Regional Development on the basis of guidelines of European Union as a reference instrument indispensable to construction operating programs.
