Zastosowanie operatora Top-Hat do kompensowania przemieszczeń obiektu w pomiarach termicznych przedramienia

W pracy opisano zastosowanie operatora Top-Hat do przetwarzania sekwencji 18 termogramów zarejestrowanych w ramach badania stanu dostępu naczyniowego u hemodializowanych pacjentów. Zastosowanie operatora umożliwiło wyeksponowanie układu naczyń w znacznie różniących się termogramach stanów przejściowych po wstępnym schłodzeniu przedramienia badanych osób. Zaproponowane dwuetapowe przetwarzanie umożliwiło skompensowanie ruchów przedramienia wystarczające do precyzyjnego automatycznego badania stanów dynamicznych temperatury na powierzchni przedramienia.

The application of the Top-Hat operator for thermogram sequence processings is described. The 18-thermograms sequences have been acquired during investigation of the vascular access in the hemodialyzed patients. The operator application enhanced considerably the vascular system in the thermograms of the transient states registered after having the forearm initially cooled. The suggested two-stages processing results in object movements compensation satisfactory enough to automatically investigate the dynamic properties of the temperature values on the forearm surface.
