Procedura weryfikacji normatywów remontowych ciągów produkcyjnych

W artykule przedstawiono algorytm procedury weryfikacji normatywów remontowych. Procedura bazuje na informacjach zawartych w Bazie Danych Informatycznego Systemu Planowania Remontów. System ten został opracowany w Katedrze Urządzeń Technologicznych i Ochrony Środowiska Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej i pracuje w Walcowni Gorącej Blach Huty Sendzimira. Warunkiem poprawnej pracy procedury jest zgromadzenie w Bazie odpowiedniej ilości danych o przebiegu eksploatacji obiektu. Wynikiem działania procedury jest weryfikacja normatywów remontowych (wartości okresu między naprawami i okresu między wymianami) zawartymi w zbiorach danych normatywnych Bazy. Procedura może być wykorzystana w informatycznych systemach planowania remontów w wydziałach hut oraz innych zakładach przemysłowych.

The paper presents algorithm of verification procedure for standard values for production line overhauls. The procedure is based on the information from Data Base Computer System for Overhauls Planning. The system was elaborated at the Department of Technological Equipment and Environmental Protection of the University of Mining and Metallurgy and is now working for the continuous plate mill at T. Sendzimir Steel Plant, Krakow. Condition for a proper running of the procedure is collection in data base enough information on working object. Application of the procedure results in verification of standard values overhauls (value of time between repairs and value of time between replacements) included in standard data set of the data base. Procedure may be used on computer system for overhauls planning in others departments of steel plants and others plants.
