Projektowanie zestawów wałów głównych maszyn wyciągowych z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technik komputerowych

W artykule omówiono ogólne zasady projektowania urządzeń i ich elementów z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznego oprogramowania użytkowanego w CMG KOMAG. Przedstawiono ogólne informacje na temat procesu projektowania oraz analizy metodą elementów skończonych (MES). Zaprezentowano tok postępowania oraz przykładowe wyniki analiz w oparciu o projektowanie elementów zestawu wału głównego maszyny wyciągowej. Zwrócono uwagę na sposoby prezentacji danych wejściowych, geometrii modeli i wyników obliczeń w aspekcie prowadzenia oceny wyrobu przez jednostki opiniujące i certyfikujące.

General rules of designing of the equipment and its components using the specialistic software, which has been applied in the KOMAG Centre have been discussed in the paper. General information about the designing process and analysis with the finite element method (FEM) has been presented. Procedures and exemplary results of the analysis basing on the designing process of components of the main shaft of hoisting machine have been given. An attention has been paid to the methods of the presentation of input data, geometry of models and the calculation results in the aspect of the product assessment by the certification and opinion unit.
