Badania wpływu robót strzałowych na konstrukcję koparki SchRs 4000 pracującej w nadkładzie z twardymi przerostami wapiennymi w KWB "Bełchatów"

Dla ułatwienia pracy koparki wieloczerpakowej konieczne jest rozluzowywanie twardych przerostów robotami strzałowymi. Warunki wykonywania strzelań wpływają na wzrost intensywności drgań wzbudzonych detonacją ładunków MW. W celu ustalenia wpływów strzelań na konstrucję koparki przeprowadzono odpowiednie badania. Po analizie wyników pomiarów ustalono dopuszczalną wielkość ładunków i minimalną bezpieczną odległość dla wykonywania strzelań, przy któych nie występuje szkodliwy wpływ na konstrukcję koparki.

Hard intermediate works must be loosen by blasting to relax the conditions in which a multibucket excavator works. The requirements that are to be met in the blasting works result in increased levels of the vibrations excited by the detonated explosives. The appropriate investigation was carried out in order to determine how the blasting influences the excavator's construction. The analysis performed then made it possible to fix the permissible size of the charges as well as the minimum distance for safety blasting, with which no harm is made for the excavator.
