Analiza porównawcza polskich i niemieckich przepisów prawnych i technologicznych w zakresie katastru

Celem artykułu jest porównanie polskich i niemieckich przepisów z zakresu katastru nieruchomości. Jest to zdaniem autorki istotny problem w kontekście przyszłego członkostwa Polski w Unii Europejskiej. Autorka przyjęła do analizy porównawczej przepisy pięciu landów Niemiec. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na stopień automatyzacji katastru nieruchomości w analizowanych krajach oraz wzajemne powiązania pomiędzy systemem katastralnym a innymi systemami informacji o terenie. Ponadto porównano zasady prowadzenia katastru, cele i zadania oraz podmioty i przedmioty katastralne w analizowanych krajach. Autorka przedstawia również wady i zalety katastru nieruchomości w Niemczech

Comparison of Polish and German regulations at the range of cadastre is the purpose of the paper. In the author opinion, the problem is essential under the future access of Poland in European Community. The law regulations of five Germans Lands are taken into account. In the paper attention is drawn to the degree of cadastre automation and interactions between cadastre system and other land information systems in analysed countries. Moreover, the principles of work of the cadastre, aims and tasks and objects and cadastre subjects in analysed countries are compared.
