Zintegrowany system zarządzania w kopalni węgla kamiennego

Artykuł omawia możliwości wdrożenia w polskich kopalniach węgla kamiennego zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania. W założeniu system ten obejmuje system zarządzania jakością (oparty na normach ISO 9001), system zarządzania środowiskowego (oparty na normach ISO 14001) i system zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy (oparty na normach PN 18001), które wspomagane są przez system zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i analizę kosztów jakości. Działalność systemu zintegrowanego związana jest ze wspólną bazą danych, zintegrowanymi procedurami postępowania, a przede wszystkim z określonym wspólnym celem tych działań. Kopalnia węgla kamiennego, jako specyficzny, skomplikowany pod względem technicznym, technologicznym, organizacyjnym i logistycznym zakład produkcyjny, wymaga odpowiedniego podejścia zarówno do spraw zarządzania jakością, jak i zarządzania środowiskowego. Powoduje to, że systemy te nie są powszechnie wdrażane w kopalniach. Jedynym coraz powszechniej wdrażanym tam indywidualnie systemem jest system bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy.

This article discusses the chances implementation integrated management system in the p Polish coal mines. This integrated system including with the quality management system, the environmental protection management system and the occupational health and safety management system. These systems are aid over the human resources management system and quality cost analysis. The integrated system be based on the joint database, the integrated procedures, and first of all on the common aim. A coal mine is a specific, difficult technical, technological, organizing and logistical industrial plant, which need right approach to the quality management, as well as to the environmental management. Among other things, for this reason, these systems are not implementation in a coal mine. Practical, only the occupational health and safety management system have application in the Polish coal mine. The quality management system and the environmental protection management system lean on the ISO standards: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. However the occupational health and safety management system lean on the national standard PN 18001.
