Dobór najlepszego modelu reologicznego dla materiałów odkształcanych plastycznie
Przeprowadzono analizę, która pozwala na zaproponowanie metody doboru najlepszego modelu reologicznego dla materiałów odkształcanych przy mocno zmiennej temperaturze i prędkości odkształcenia lub z bardzo dużymi prędkościami lub w warunkach dużego wpływu pasm ścinania. Oceniono przydatność modeli reologicznych do opisu zachowania się materiału w tych nietypowych warunkach.
The objective of the work is the theoretical analysis, which would allow to propose method of selection of the best rheological model for materials deformed under various conditions. Three unconventional conditions of deformation were the subject of the analysis: 1 — strongly varying temperatures and/or strain rates, 2 — deformation at very high strain rates, 3 — deformation in the conditions of significant influence of the micro shear bands and shear bands. Various rheological models are considered in the paper and their applicability to the description of the material behaviour in these unconventional conditions is evaluated. Sensitivity analysis was performed and sensitivity of the predicted stress with respect to the parameters in the models was evaluated. Numerical tests were performed next and applicability and efficiency of the models was evaluated.
