Biopaliwa – nasza szansa czy problem?

W artykule w sposób dyskusyjny przedstawiono najważniejsze aspekty procesu wdrażania biopaliw w skali globalnej, jako alternatywy dla paliw silnikowych pochodzenia naftowego. W oparciu o wieloletnie badania i doświadczenia Instytutu przedstawiono zalety i wady biopaliw pierwszej generacji, takich jak bioetanol i FAME oraz określono zasady postępowania z biopaliwami, dla optymalnego ich wykorzystania. Scharakteryzowano biopaliwa drugiej generacji i przedstawiono pogląd autorów na zasięg i kierunki dalszego rozwoju tych paliw alternatywnych.

In this publication had been discussed the most important aspects of the implementation of bio-fuels, as the hydrocarbon fuels alternative in the global range. Basing on the R@D experience of the Institute the advantages and disadvantages of the first generation bio-fuels, e.g. bio-ethanol and FAME and treatment procedures for their optimal exploatation had been presented. The second generation bio-fuels characteristics, authors opinions ref. to world-wide-range and their development directions, had been attached.
