Badania laboratoryjne nad wytwarzaniem mikroemulsji woskowych metodą wysokociśnieniowej homogenizacji

W artykule omówiono różnorodne zastosowania emulsji woskowych w przemyśle oraz scharakteryzowano zasadnicze komponenty woskowe i rodzaje emulgatorów służących ich wytworzeniu. Przedstawiono również stosowane w praktyce przemysłowej metody wytwarzania emulsji woskowych. W części dotyczącej badań własnych omówiono laboratoryjne stanowisko badawcze oraz przebieg testów nad otrzymywaniem mikroemulsji woskowych metodą wysokociśnieniowej homogenizacji. Przeanalizowano także wpływ stosowanych rodzajów i ilości emulgatorów oraz parametrów homogenizacji na stabilność i inne właściwości uzyskanych mikroemulsji woskowych.

The article discusses the different uses of the wax emulsion in the industry and characterizes the essential components of wax and the types of emulsifiers used for their manufacture. The paper presents also different types of applications of wax emulsion in the industrial practice and the methods of manufacturing them. The section of personal research covers description of the bench tests on the production of the wax microemulsions by high-pressure homogenization. It also analyse the impact of the types and quantities of used emulsifiers and homogenization parameters on the stability and other properties of obtained wax microemulsions.
