Wykorzystanie transformacji współrzędnych punktów w procesie odnowienia osnowy pomiarowej podczas modernizacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków

Zaprezentowano obowiązujące uregulowania prawne oraz wytyczne dotyczące modernizacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków. Opisano również problemy występujące podczas przeprowadzania tego procesu. Zaproponowano zmiany dotyczące odtwarzania starej osnowy pomiarowej. Badania oparto na zastosowaniu metody wyznaczania położenia zniszczonych punktów za pomocą transformacji konforemnej i afinicznej (pierwszego, drugiego i trzeciego stopnia) oraz dodatkowo korekty Hausbrandta. Otrzymane wyniki posłużyły do porównania współrzędnych uzyskanych z pomiaru z otrzymanymi przez transformację.

The paper presents valid law regulations which concern the modernization of the land and buildings register. Problems which occur during this process were described, too. Next the proposed changes in the method of renovating the old minor control network were presented. The research was based on the usage of the method of position determination of devastated points by conformal and affine transformation (first, second and third degree) and additionally Hausbrandt correction. The received results were used for making a comparison of coordinates obtained by measurement with those received by transformation.
