Logistyka zaopatrzenia gospodarstw rolniczych o wielokierunkowym profilu produkcji

W pracy przedstawiono wielkość i strukturę przepływów surowcowo-materiałowych w fazie zaopatrzenia gospodarstw jak również potencjał magazynowy oraz jego wykorzystanie. Badania przeprowadzono na próbie 30 gospodarstw z rejonu Małopolski. Badania wykazały, iż średnio w roku badane gospodarstwa zakupywały 3,4 tźha-1 środków produkcji pochodzenia rolniczego i nierolniczego, z czego 17,6% to materiały i surowce bezpośrednie a 82,4% pośrednie. Środki produkcji bezpośrednie zakupywano średnio 2 razy w roku, a okres ich przechowywania nie przekraczał 3 miesięcy. Natomiast środki produkcji pośrednie zakupywano również 3 razy w roku, ale okres ich przechowywania był znacznie dłuższy i wynosił 8 miesięcy.

The paper presents magnitude and structure of raw material and other supply flows within supply organization of farms as well as the warehousing facilitation and its use. The research was conducted based on a sample of 30 farms located in the Region of Małopolska. It indicated that these farms were purchasing 3.4 tons per hectare of both agricultural and non-agricultural production means on the average; whereas 17.6% appeared to be direct materials and raw materials, while 82.4% were classified as indirect materials. The direct means of production were purchased 2 times a year on the average, and time of storage did not exceed 3 months. On the other hand, the indirect production means were purchased also 3 times a year, but the storage time was much longer - up to 8 months.
