Wpływ kształtu powierzchni rolek wytłaczających na trwałość granulatu

W opracowaniu przedstawiono wyniki badań nad wpływem kształtu powierzchni rolek wytłaczających w granulatorze na trwałość otrzymanego granulatu. Zmiana rowkowania powierzchni rolek z nacięć prostych na łukowe spowodowała obniżenie trwałości granulatów dla wszystkich badanych odmian pszenic.

The study presents the results of a research on the influence of the shape of the surface of extruding rolls in a granulator on durability of obtained granulated product. A change of grooving of the surface of the rolls from simple notches to arched notches caused a decrease of durability of granulates for all analysed varieties of wheat.
