Preliminary studies on the process of separating field bedstraw seeds from rape seeds by means of a belt divider

The paper presents the results of preliminary studies on the effect of the inclination angle of a divider board and the linear velocity of a special belt on the separation of rape seeds from field bedstraw seeds. A mathematical formula determining the influence of the belt static load on the separation efficiency is also given. The range of the working parameters of a divider was determined as well: the inclination angle of the dividerbelt should vary from 32 to 40 degree, belt velocity - from 0.5741 to 1.1455 m/s, static load - from 0.1 to 0.9 of the full load equal to 1.06 kg/m(2). The determination of those parameters allows to conduct further, more detailed investigations.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań wstępnych nad określeniem wpływu kąta pochylenia stołu rozdzielacza i prędkości liniowej specjalnej taśmy na rozdział nasion rzepaku i przytulii czepnej. Podano formułę matematyczną określającą wpływ obciążenia statycznego taśmy na skuteczność wydzielania nasion przytulii czepnej. Określono zakres parametrów pracy rozdzielacza do badań szczegółowych, tzn.: kąt pochylenia taśmy rozdzielacza do poziomu, który powinien wynosić od 32 do 40 stopni, prędkość taśmy - od 0.5741 do 1.1455 m/s i obciążenie statyczne - od 0.1 do 0.9 pełnego obciążenia wynoszącego 1,06 kg/m(2).
