Opracowanie metodyki instrumentalnej analizy chemicznej stopów magnezu i stopów aluminium z litem

Celem pracy było opracowanie metodyki analizy składu chemicznego stopów magnezu i stopów Al-Li. Jako podstawową metodę analityczną zastosowano metodę fluorescencyjnej spektrometrii rentgenowskiej (XRF), a jako metody wspomagające emisyjną spektrometrię optyczną ze wzbudzeniem plazmowym (OES ICP) i atomową spektrometrię absorpcyjną (AAS).

The aim of this paper was to develop the methodology for analysis of chemical composition of magnesium alloys and Al-Li alloys.The primary analytical method used was the X-ray fluorescence (XRF) method whereas the supporting methods were the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (OES ICP) method and the atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) method.
