Wpływ parametrów konstrukcyjnych i kinematycznych tarcz obłuskiwacza na skuteczność obłuskiwania nasion rzepaku

Obłuskiwanie przeprowadzono na obłuskiwaczu tarczowym z wykorzystaniem tarcz z łopatkami i okrągłymi wypustkami. Łopatki w pięciu tarczach były nachylone pod kątem 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, natomiast w trzech tarczach zastosowano okrągłe wypustki o średnicach 2, 3 i 4 mm, tworzące wypukłe ostre krawędzie o nieregularnych kształtach. Zmieniano prędkość obwodową tarcz w zakresie od 10 m/s do 32 m/s. Skuteczność obłuskiwania nasion rzepaku dochodziła do około 75%.

Paper described the investigation results on hulling of the rape seeds. Hulling process was carried out in a huller equipped with the discs with the blades and round sleeves. The blades on five discs were mounted at inclination angles of 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 deg, whereas on other three discs the round sleeves ot hole diameters 2, 3 and 4 mm were applied; the sleeves formed convex sharp edges ot irregular shape. Peripheral velocity of the discs was changed from 10 to 32 m/s. The effectiveness of hulling the rape seeds reached up to 75%.
