Podstawy prawne oceny energetycznej budynków

Implementacja Unijnej Dyrektywy 2002/91/WE w sprawie wprowadzenia oceny energetycznej budynków, wymusiła w krajowym ustawodawstwie szereg zmian legislacyjnych, począwszy od znowelizowanej ustawy - Prawo budowlane, dokonanej przez Sejm jeszcze w 2007 r., poprzez stosowne rozporządzenia wykonawcze do tej ustawy, wydane przez Ministra Infrastruktury w listopadzie 2008 r. Dokonano przeglądu wskazanych aktów prawnych, ze szczegółowym omówieniem tych treści, które dotyczą oceny energetycznej budynków oraz świadectwa jego charakterystyki energetycznej.

The implementation of the 2002/91/EC EU Directive (on the introduction of energy assessment of buildings) has involved some legislative changes in the national legislation starting from the revised Construction Law (introduced by the Parliament in 2007) through appropriate regulations implementing this Law (issued by the Minister of Infrastructure in November 2008).The review of these legal acts with detailed overview of the contents is given. The contents concern the assessment of energy efficiency of buildings and the certificates of building energy characteristics.
