Certyfikacja materiałów odniesienia dla kontroli czystości superstopów niklu i kobaltu

Przeprowadzono badania atestacyjne serii wzorców IMŻ 180T - 186T mające na celu określenie zawartości pierwiastków traktowanych jako zanieczyszczenia występujące w śladowych stężeniach. Wyznaczano zawartość ołowiu, telluru, bizmutu, talu, srebra, cyny, magnezu, ceru, selenu i hafnu. W badaniach atestacyjnych uczestniczyło siedem laboratoriów. W wyniku badań wyznaczono atestowane zawartości wymienionych składników i opracowano certyfikaty wzorców.

The certification tests of the series of the Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy's 180T - 186T standards were carried out to determine the contents of elements treated as impurities occurring in trace concentrations. The contents of lead, tellurium, bismuth, thallium, silver, tin, magnesium, cerium, selenium and hafnium were determined. Seven laboratories participated in the certification tests. As a result, certified contents of the above-mentioned components were determined and certificates of the standards were developed.
