Możliwości badawcze ultrawysokorozdzielczego elektronowego mikroskopu transmisyjnego Titan 80-300

W artykule zaprezentowano ultrawysokorozdzielczy elektronowy mikroskop transmisyjny S/TEM Titan 80-300 zainstalowany w Instytucie Metalurgii Żelaza oraz opisano szczegółowo jego parametry i wyposażenie analityczne. Możliwości badawcze mikroskopu zostały przedstawione na przykładzie badań na próbkach testowych oraz na próbkach ze stali bainitycznej i maraging, taśmy Finemet i stopu NdFeAl.

In this article, the ultra-high-resolution electron transmission microscope S/TEM Titan 80-300 installed at the Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy is presented and its parameters and analytical equipment are described in detail. The investigating capacity of the microscope is presented based on an example of the investigations carried out on test samples as well as on bainitic and maraging steel, Finemet tape and NdFeAl alloy samples.
