Wybrane problemy bezpieczeństwa w zakresie widoczności w autobusach miejskich

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę związaną z zagadnieniem widoczności bezpośredniej i pośredniej w odniesieniu do pojazdów uczestniczących w transporcie miejskim w aspekcie bezpieczeństwa uczestników ruchu drogowego. Wskazano potrzebę systemowego rozpatrywania układu KPO (Kierujący-Pojazd-Otoczenie) w dążeniu do zmniejszania zagrożeń wypadkowych powstałych z tego powodu. Omówiono potrzeby i możliwości niezbędnych działań a także stosowania dodatkowych urządzeń poprawiających skuteczność monitorowania stref dotychczas nie obserwowanych.

In the report the problems connected with question of direct and indirect visibility with reference to the vehicles participating in the city transport, in the aspect of partakers 'safety in traffic were shown. In the aspect of the decrease of threat and risen from this reason accidents the need of system investigation of structure (DVS) - " Driver - Vehicle - Suroundings " was pointed. The following cases were discussed: neccessities and possibilities of indispensable activities and the use of additional devices improving the efficiency of monitoring of so far not observed areas.
