Istotną cechą asfaltów modyfikowanych jest ich stabilność podczas magazynowania. Wymagania dotyczące stabilności opisane są w dwóch normach PN-EN 13399 i PN-EN 14023 w różny sposób. Brak jednoznaczności utrudnia interpretację wyników badań i prowadzi do nieporozumień.

Stability during storing is significant test characteristic of modified bitumen. Requirements related to stability is described in two standards, PN-EN 13399 and PN-EN 14023, in various way. Lack of unambiguity creates difficulties of interpretation of test results ant it leads to misunderstandings.
