Co wdrażać: normy serii ISO 9000 czy TQM ?

Przedstawiamy artykuł dyskusyjny, w którym omówiono czynniki rzutujące na tytułową decyzję wyboru, aktualne wobec wejścia Polski w strefę gospodarki wolnorynkowej. Starano się wykazać, że istota odpowiedzi na tytułowe pytanie jest konsekwencją określonej filozofii myślenia a taka odpowiedź jest w pełni możliwa i leży całkowicie w gestii firmy.

Quality without customer has not any sense - quality is understood as the level of his/her expectations fulfilment. It is the starting point for further considerations. Very often was accepted only the profit or its level as the principal determinant of success. It gave only the general orientation on present situation of company or on its present "morket existence". But what with the future? What with the survival of company or with its development in the strategic sense? One of the most important factors of such thinking is quality, not only the quality of products but the quality of management, in its very broad treatment as well. And the question of ISO standards or TQM is the problem of reliability in their correct application (implementation) and not of the resignation. This approach was testified by many investigations, indicating the necessity of its serious application in administration, what makes easier the multiplication of effects in real industrial life. And it is the context of the presented elaboration.
