Metoda i technika zakiszania zielonek z użyciem konserwantów

Przeprowadzono analizę metod i technik dodawania różnych dodatków sterujących procesem fermentacji w czasie zakiszania zielonek. W oparciu o wieloletnie wyniki badań nad jakością procesu mieszania preparatów z zielonką opracowano i przedstawiono metodę aplikacji ciekłych preparatów do zielonek w czasie ich zbiorów na kiszonki sieczkarnią zbierającą.

Analyses of the methods and the techniques of adding different additives (chemical, enzymatic, microbiotic) controlling the process of fermentation in the period of green fodders have been condusted. On the basis of many years results of researches concerning the quality of the process of mixing preparations with green fodder, the method of application of liquid preparations for green fodder in the period of their harvesting for silage with knife (drum) collecting straw cutter have been worked out and presented.
