Dylematy rozwoju transportu w świetle Strategii Lizbońskiej

Artykuł rozwija zagadnienie rozwoju polskiego transportu świetle ustaleń Strategii Lizbońskiej, która wytyczyła kierunki rozwoju Unii Europejskiej (UE) w pierwszej dekadzie XXI. wieku. Na tle wspólnej polityki transportowej i dylematów transportowych nowych członków UE omawiane są instrumenty racjonalizacji transportu oraz dylematy rozwojowe transportu.

Problem of transport development in Poland in the light of Lisbon Strategy that directs development of European Union in the first decade of 21 century has been considered in the paper. Against a background of common transport policy and transport dilemmas of new member of EU some instruments for transport rationalisation and dilemmas of transport development have been presented.
