The didactic proces is an ordened and ordered sequence of relations between teachers and students forming finally a very relevant factor of education quality. The basic considerations of this kind lead to the application of assurance quality systems in universities. It is very important element of quality management in every organization. What is the usefulness of such systems or similar solutions within university management? What about ISO 9000 family standards utilization? How to use correctly the ECTS system (European Credit Transfer System) for the progres and internationalization of education? But the TOM concept can find its proper application as well. All of these aspects are discussed and presented widely in the publication. In conclusion is said that university should become a learning organization if it will to cope new times and challenges, serving correctly for new generations and their development.
