Europejska wizja jakości
Uzyskanie satysfakcji klientów i obywateli Europy wymaga stworzenia nowej wizji jakości. W pracy scharakteryzowano jej stale udoskonalane elementy opracowane w ramach działalności Europejskiej Organizacji Jakości (EOQ) w roku 2000.
In aim to obtain the satisfaction of customers and citizens of Europe the formulation of new vision of quality is required. In framework of EOQ - European Organization for Quality the appropriate activities are developed. In January 2000 was published the document describing the European Vision of Quality elaborated internationally as the result of discussions led in European Union countries. The following elements were the most important: 1. variety as the specific european competitive capability, 2. values for the establishment of new european mitology based on existing principles, 3. development of the culture ,,we win together". In January 2001 was edited new version of the same document summarising the present effects and presenting new trends in area of quality. In search of European excellence was one of the most important aspects for the future. The characteristic problems for XXI century are based on 3 concepts: 1. quality is the most important for the further development, 2. a single error in the chain of processes can cause catastrophic final effects, 3. social factors like national governments or european authorities play the key role in the development. The conclusion is: only common work assures common success. The description of those ideas and discussions are in the article presented.
