The crucial role of the knowledge in economic activities, and specially in management sciences, is known from many, many years. But just recently the knowledge is as a serious subject considered, applied to management in organizations. And here, the science itself proposes many different indications responding to questions: how to gain it, how to control it and how to develop it? The sociological view, for example, involves here 4 elements: information, individual knowledge, social knowledge and mutual relations. It leads to learning and improvement of knowledge existing. All aspects of this kind and other considerations as well, are here presented. The effectiveness of performance is discussed. The necessity for to generate of new knowledge is emphasized, and the importance of its transfer is demonstrated.
