Metoda DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) - usprawnianie procesu projektowania

Based on the investigation realized, was demonstrated, that in companies applying the DFMA-method, a reduction of ca. 40-80% of elements in products was achieved. It leads to the ca, 20% reduction of manufacturing costs. Additionally, through formulation of intersectional design teams, a better integration of employees is realized. It is natural way to self development, based on widening and interchange of knowledge and experiences, including much better communication deployment between people working in different divisions (disciplines). The method is applicable for the production of e.g. toys, cars and planes as well. The teams work in appropriate ways effectively, without strong regulations. The most important are effects, where modern IT-technology systems are used too. The simulation of various solutions gives the possibility to compare their results on the "screen". Such performance is broadly described and discussed.
