Wyniki badań ankietowych, przeprowadzonych na przełomie 2001/2002 roku przez Wyższą Szkolę Morską w Szczecinie, na próbie 73 przedsiębiorstw gospodarki morskiej.

It is the presentation of investigations executed in form of guestionnaires, and realized practically in 2001/2002 by the University of Navigation in Szczecin, on the population of 73 enterprises linked to sea economy in generally. The most popular is the ISO 9001 quality system. Over 90% of firms explained that the introduction of such system was stimulated by the internal willingness to increase of proper competitiveness and improve of own image. The description of results obtained, with adeguate conclusions, are demonstrated in the article.
