So called "communities of practice" are good examples of teamwork (in groups) in consideration of knowledge transfer and creation. But we can find other types of such activities called workgroups, work-teams or taskteams. All of them are presented in the publication, demonstrating proper usefulness in adequate circumstances. The most important is even the real committment of employees to continuous improvement of organizations, increasing their competitiveness. It is the dream of owners and of top management.
