Ocena systemu zarządzania jakością w administracji publicznej
The most important problem of present offices is a social area or better said: the lack of appropriate methods for human resource management in public sector. One of such solutions can be the application of quality management systems. But who should them implement? What is the knowledge about such systems among public employees? The investigation results, presented by authors, are here not so stimulating. The good effects are functioning there where the up to bottom pression was applied, with high quality awareness of office bosses (of different levels). This is good way but not sufficient. Many observations, serving for candidates to implementation of e.g. ISO 9000 standards family in public administration units, are discussed and presented.
