Integracja systemów zarządzania

W artykule przedstawiono przegląd literatury dotyczącej integracji znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania. W szczególności określono motywy integracji systemów oraz korzyści i trudności wynikające z przeprowadzonych działań. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań uznano, że minimalny poziom integracji znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania jest koniecznością, aby zapewnić sprawne funkcjonowanie organizacji. Do najważniejszych motywów integracji systemów zarządzania zaliczono motywy wewnętrzne, wynikające z chęci poprawy funkcjonowania zarządzania w całej organizacji. Najpopularniejszym sposobem wdrażania i integracji SZ jest wdrożenie w pierwszej kolejności systemu zarządzania jakością, a następnie systemu zarządzania środowiskowego oraz ich integracja. Organizacje integrujące swoje systemy zarządzania wskazują wiele korzyści, które występują w takich obszarach jak: dokumentacja systemów, audity, zarządzanie.

There has been presented a review of the literature on the integration of standardized management systems. In particular, there were identified the motives and the benefits and difficulties arising from the systems integration. Based on the researches, it was found that the minimum level of integration of standardized management systems is a necessity to ensure the proper functioning of the organization. The major motives of the integration of management systems include the internal motives, resulting from a desire to improve the performance management across the organization. The most common method of implementation and integration of management systems, is to implement the quality management system first, and then environmental one and in the end their integration. Organizations integrating their management systems, indicate many advantages on system documentation, audits and management.
