Istota auditu w procesie wdrażania ISO 9001:2008

In article entitled Essence of audit in process of accustoming Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008 there is presented the definition of audit in awareness of ISO norms and comparison of its explanations in literature. The essence of purposes appointed in process auditing and reliability of gotten information are also noted. Audits distribution was presented depending on criterion of place, people and the range of evaluated action. The next part of article is connected with auditing process. The scheme of general operations and explanation of difference between program and plan of audit has been presented. There were also described problem of essential and helpful documents and the role of final report. In last part of the article there are presented problems of audit in practice on example of the most frequent incompatibilities and possibilities of solving these kinds of problems.
