Zasadniczym celem mniejszego opracowania jest określenie możliwości wykorzystania mechanizmów normatywnych systemów zarządzania do zarządzania wiedzą. Przedstawiono relacje pomiędzy podejściem procesowym reprezentowanym w modelach normatywnych systemów zarządzania a zarządzaniem wiedzą. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na specyficzne, w tym kontekście, uwarunkowania występujące w sektorze MŚP.

The key objective of the paper is to present the opportunities of application of the mechanisms of normative management systems in order to support the knowledge management. Basing on the review of the mam trends of process oriented management of an organization, the relationships between normative management systems mechanisms and knowledge management aspects have been presented. Conditions typical for SMEs in the context of knowledge management have been emphasized.
