The present-day corporations become more and more aware of the significance of intellectual capital, which receives increased attention. However, few of those corporations attempt to quantify and manage their intellectual capital. The article presents one of the methods of quantifying the levels of intellectual capital development and efficacy. The author also pays much attention to the limitations of intellectual capital measurement.
