Ocena niezawodności ujęcia wody i pompowni wody uzdatnionej w Szczepańcowej

The water intake in Szczepańcowa is one of three water supply intakes for Krosno. Reliability assessment included objects from the water intake to the treated water pumping pipeline. On the basis of material obtained from field investigation the reliability of water source and some elements of objects tested has been determined. Two-parametricassessment of operating the objects investigated has proved that the reguired condition K[WIS]> lub równe K[W] is met. So higt reliability is connected with the possibility of water redundancy in raw water reservoirs, ensuring water supply continuity even in the periods of appearing high turbidity. Analysis concerned two water supply intakes for a town.
