Architektura jest sztuką... inwestowania

This, quite malicious story is repeating for centuries. This truth, which is as old as old the constructing process is, could be defined in the following thesis: "Architecture exists also thanks the art of investing the capital." The art of investing should be understood, as a series of endeavours done in a long process of preparation, financing and at least building construction. Certainly these are not all factors following the construction process, which is pursuiting of a defined and useful aim. But finally no body is thinking about it: if the aim has been reached, or not. Usually the visual aim is reached, but the question of costs stays open.
