The very question of architecture has been extended to include the issue of urban architecture appearing as a structure created in time. Is it the form of housing to determine the architectural value of the city or should it rather be the spatial arrangement of the development? The classicist critic - Francesco Milizia noted: "Even without extravagant buildings a city should seem beautiful and pleasant. Yet, speaking of beautiful architecture we do speak of a beautiful city". Is it then possible for ordinary architecture to create a beautiful city?
