Designing the intelligent facade elements and facade structures with utilization of natural physical phenomena

In the theory of systematic energy saving, the building elements of intelligent buildings become part of circuits of the automated systems for building management. The assumption for such a function of a building element is its ability to actively utilize the natural physical phenomena. The more building elements which utilize such natural physical phenomena the building has, the smaller the necessary volume of building environmental technology, whose application is always closely tied with energy consumption, as well as there will be less energy necessary to achieve the required parameters of internal climate.

W teorii systematycznego oszczędzania energii, elementy budynku inteligentnego stanowią część obwodu automatycznego systemu zarządzania budynkiem. Założeniem dla takiej funkcji elementów budynku jest jego zdolność do aktywnego wykorzystania naturalnych zjawisk fizycznych. Im więcej budynek posiada elementów, które wykorzystują takie naturalne zjawiska fizyczne, tym mniejsza jest konieczna ilość zastosowanej technologii środowiskowej, której użycie jest zwykle ściśle związane z zużyciem energii, jak również mniejsza jest ilość energii potrzebnej do osiągnięcia wymaganych parametrów klimatu wewnętrznego.
