Badania nad otrzymaniem nowych materiałów z wykorzystaniem odpadów gumowych

W pracy badano właściwości odpadu gumowego w kompozycjach z żywicą epoksydową, prepolimerem poliuretanowym i surową mieszanką bieżnikową. Żywice epoksydowe i poliuretanowe były uniepalniane fosforanem mocznika (UAP). Przeprowadzono badania palności kompozytów oraz określono ich stabilność termiczną. Otrzymane materiały posłużą do otrzymywania geomateriałów oraz materiałów budowlanych.

The properties of materials based on rubber waste scrapes with epoxy resins, polyurethane prepolymer and virgin rubbers for tyres retreading were studied. Epoxy resin and polyurethane prepolymer was flame retarded with UAP and the resulting resin was characterised in terms of flammability and thermal properties. The obtained modified epoxy and polyurethane resins will be applied for preparation of recycled rubber containing composites for geomaterials, building industry.
