Warunki planistyczne wykorzystania funduszy strukturalnych dla przebudowy miast

Głównym celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na dokumenty strategiczne, operacyjne i planistyczne w kontekście przebudowy i rewitalizacji miast w nowym okresie programowania 2007-2013. Zarysowano główne wyzwania rozwoju polskich miast w dobie integracji europejskiej oraz wizje miast Europy XXI w. w związku ze Strategią Tematyczną dla Środowiska Miejskiego. W artykule przedstawiono dobrą praktykę w podejściu do rozwoju miast na przykładzie województwa pomorskiego.

The main aim of the article is to take into account the strategic, operational and planning documents in the context of redevelopment and revitalization of urban space in the new programming period of 2007-2013. The authors outined the most significant challenges Polish cities are facing in the era of European integration, as well as the visions of cities of Europe of 21st century in connection with The Thematic Strategy on the Urban Development. A good practice in the approach to urban development on the example of the pomorskie voivodeship has been presented.
