Kryzysy się zdarzają i jednocześnie rośnie spektrum ich możliwych przyczyn i przebiegu, dlatego bardzo ważne jest budowanie scenariuszy możliwych kryzysów w przedsiębiorstwie górniczym wraz z identyfikacją interesariuszy, ich potencjalnych celów i zachowań oraz budowanie planów reagowania kryzysowego z uwzględnieniem zachowań interesariuszy.
